GNM, DMLT, DRC, Admissions 2011-2012
State Institute of Nursing & Para Medical Sciences, Badal under Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot, has invited applictions for admission to GNM course (for girls only) and for DMLT/Dip. In Radiography Courses (for both boys and girls) of Year 2011-12.
COURSES & ELIGIBILITY:
1. General Nursing & Midwifery (3 years and 6 months diploma course) (for girls only):- 10+2 or its equivalent examination from recognized board / university with a minimum 40 % marks. (35 % for SC/ST categories only). Preference shall be given to those who have passed 10+2 or its equivalent with science subjects i.e. Physics, Chemistry & Biology.
2. Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (2 years course) (for boys and girls):-
3. Diploma in Radiography (2 years course) (for boys and girls):- 10+2 (Medical) passed with Physics, Chemistry and Biology or any other equivalent examination from a recognized Board/University as a regular student.
Age limit : 17-35 years as on 31.12.2011.

Application form can be obtained by hand from State Institute of Nursing & Para-Medical Sciences, VPO Badal, District – Muktsar (Punjab) or can be downloaded from website www.bfuhs.ac.in
Complete applications with attested copies of all requisite certificates and demand draft worth Rs.200/- (Rs.100/- for SC/ST categories only) of Central Bank of India or Punjab & Sind Bank payable at Badal or Punjab National Bank payable at Lambi drawn in favour of Principal, State Institute of Nursing & Para-Medical Sciences must reach in the office of the Principal, State Institute of Nursing & Para-Medical Sciences, VPO Badal, District – Muktsar (Punjab) till 16.08.2011 by 5.00 PM.(By Hand or through Registered Post).
