PG Diploma in Health Sciences Librarianship

Eligibility:
1. Master of Audiology and Speech Language Pathology (MASLP):
BASLP/BSc (Sp & Hg) / BSc (HLS) degree or equivalent (including internship) from any recognized University in India with minimum pass percentage required as per University or RCI norms.

2. BSc (Ophthalmic Techniques) - OT:
Candidate must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English individually and must have obtained 45% (40% for SC/BC) marks taken together in PCB (Physics, Chemistry and Biology) in 10+2 examination.

3. Bachelor of Audiology and Speech Language Pathology:
Candidate must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English individually and must have obtained 45% (40% for SC/BC) marks taken together in PCB (Physics, Chemistry and Biology) in 10+2 examination

4. BSc (Medical Radiography & Imaging Technology) - MRIT:
Candidate must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English individually and must have obtained 45% (40% for SC/BC) marks taken together in PCB (Physics, Chemistry and Biology) in 10+2 examination

5. BSc (Radiotherapy):
Candidate must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English individually and must have obtained 45% (40% for SC/BC) marks taken together in PCB (Physics, Chemistry and Biology) in 10+2 examination

6. BSc (Dialysis Techniques) - DT:
Candidate must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English individually and must have obtained 45% (40% for SC/BC) marks taken together in PCB (Physics, Chemistry and Biology) in 10+2 examination

7. BSc (Orthopedic Assistant and Plaster Techniques) - OAPT:
Candidate must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English individually and must have obtained 45% (40% for SC/BC) marks taken together in PCB (Physics, Chemistry and Biology) in 10+2 examination

8. BSc (Operation Theatre Assistant):
Candidate must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English individually and must have obtained 45% (40% for SC/BC) marks taken together in PCB (Physics, Chemistry and Biology) in 10+2 examination

10. PG Diploma in Health Sciences Librarianship:
A candidate who has passed Master's Degree examination in Library and Information Sciences (MLISc) of any Indian University established by law in India or any other post graduate degree course in library and information sciences recognized as equivalent for this purpose and who has scored not less than 55% of the maximum marks prescribed in the qualifying examination shall be eligible for admission to the Post Graduate Diploma in Health Sciences Librarianship.

Application Form:
Application on the prescribed Admission Application Form available on website: www.bfuhs.ac.in, complete in all respects must reach in the office of Principal, Guru Gobind Singh Medical College, Sadiq Road, Faridkot, along with the prescribed fee and attested testimonials.

Fee for Application Form is Rs.1000/- and payments to be made in the form of Demand Draft in favour of Registrar, Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, drawn on any of the Nationalized Bank and payable at Faridkot.
