ADMISSIONS 2011-2013
National Institute of Construction Management and Research (NICMAR) has invited applications for admission to the following courses of Academic Year 2011 from candidates having the eligibility mentioned against respective courses at thier campuses at Pune, Hyderabad and Goa:
1. Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Advanced Construction Management (PGP ACM): Bachelor's degree in engineering in any discipline or architecture with 50% aggregate marks.
2. Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Project Engineering and Management (PGP PEM) : Bachelor's degree in engineering in any discipline with 50% aggregate marks.
3. Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure Management (PGP REUIM) : Bachelor's degree in engineering in any discipline or architecture with 50% aggregate marks.
4. Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Infrastructure Finance, Development & Management (PGP IFDM): Bachelor's degree in engineering in any discipline or architecture with 50% aggregate marks.
5. One Year Post Graduate Programme in Health, Safety and Environment Management (PGP HSEM): Bachelor's degree in engineering in any discipline with 50% aggregate marks.
6. One Year, Post Graduate Programme in Quantity Surveying (PGP QS): Bachelor's degree in engineering in any discipline with 50% aggregate marks.
Admission will be based on Entrance test to be conducted at admission test centers of Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Delhi & Kolkata.
Prospectus & Application Form for all the courses can be obtained from any office of NICMAR as given below, on payment of Rs. 1300 by Demand Draft in favour of "NICMAR, Pune":

Candidates can also download the application form from website: www.nicmar.ac.in and send it along with application fee. An additional amount of Rs. 700 will have to be paid if more than one programme is opted.
