Correspondence courses Admissions 2010
Applications have been invited in the prescribed form for admission to the following courses under the Correspondence Education Programmes of Mangalore University for the Academic year 2010-11:
Undergraduate Courses:
1. B.A.
2. B.Com
3. B.B.M.
Post Graduate courses:
1. M.A. (Economics)
2. M.A. (History)
3. M.A. (Political Science)
4. M.A. (Sociology)
5. M.A. (English)
6. M.A. (Kannada)
7. M.Com
A candidate who has passed the two year Pre-University examination conducted by the Pre-University Education Board in the State of Karnataka or who has passed any Diploma course of three years duly recognised by Karnataka State Technical Education Board or any other examination considered as equivalent thereto by Mangalore University is eligible for admission to the Undergraduate/Degree programmes.
A candidate who has passed any Bachelor Degree examination of Mangalore University or of any other University considered as equivalent thereto is eligible for admission to PG programmes.
Application forms and prospectus can be obtained on payment of Rs.200/- to the Account of Mangalore University in any one of the specified banks through the challan either in person from the office of
i) The Director, Directorate of Correspondence Courses, Mangalore University, Shopping Complex, Mangalagangothri - 574 199.
ii) The Principal, University College, Hampankatta, Mangalore -575 001.
iii)The Principal, F.M.K.M.Cariappa College, Madikeri.
iv) The Principal, Upendra Pai Memorial College, Kunjibettu, Udupi.
Application forms are available by post from the Director, Directorate of Correspondence Courses, Mangalore University, Shopping Complex, Mangalagangothri - 574 199 by sending Bank challan/ Demand Draft for Rs.240/-.
Duly filled in application forms should reach the Director, Directorate of Correspondence courses, Mangalore University, Shopping Complex, Mangalagangothri-574 199 on or before 30.9.2010.
