PG Diploma in Forest Management Admissions 2011-2013
Indian Institute of Forest Management, Bhopal, has invited applications for admission to two-year PG Diploma in Forest Management of Academic Year 2011-12.
Applicants should have (a) at least a three-years bachelors degree in any discipline obtained through the 10+2+3 system or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), with minimum 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC/ST/PD) or equivalent CGPA.
Candidates appearing for the final year graduation examination are also eligible to apply provided they complete it before June 30, 2011 and fulfill the eligibility criteria as set by IIFM.
All applicants desirous of seeking admission in PGDFM at IIFM, Bhopal, have to appear for Common Admission Test (CAT) conducted by Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs).
Application form for admission to PGDFM can be obtained either personally or by post by sending a Demand Draft of Rs 900/- (Rs 450/- for SC / ST) drawn in favour of "Director, Indian Institute of Forest Management" payable at Bhopal to Chairperson, PGDFM Admission, Indian Institute of Forest Management, Nehru Nagar, Bhopal - 462003.
Alternatively, the form can be downloaded from the website: http://www.iifm.ac.in and the filled in hardcopy of the form along with the Draft for the specified amount can be sent to IIFM.
Filled in application form, complete in all respects including the CAT registration number (which will be available on CAT admit card, issued by IIM) have to reach Chairperson, PGDFM Admission, Indian Institute of Forest Management, Nehru Nagar, Bhopal-462 003 on or before 10th December 2010.
