Application form can be obtained from Registrar, Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya, Gayatri Kunj – Shantikunj, Haridwar (Uttarakhand) 249411, by sending a bank draft of Rs. 150/- in favor of 'Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya', payable at Haridwar.

The form can also be obtained in person by paying Rs. 100/- in cash or through demand draft from the office of Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya. The same can also be downloaded from the website link: http://www.dsvv.org/global/user_files/coursesoffered.pdf .
Completed application are to reach Registrar, Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya, Gayatri Kunj – Shantikunj, Haridwar (Uttarakhand) 249 411along with necessary documents and DD.
