Applications have been invited by Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, for admission to B.Sc. Nursing and B.Pharm.(Ayurveda) for the Academic Year 2011.
ELIGIBILITY :
Passed Intermediate /10+2 or equivalent examination in English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Zoology + Botany) taken together - a minimum of 50% marks for General and 45% for General-PC candidates and 40% marks for OBC/SC/ST and respective PC candidates.
APPLICATIONS:
Application Form and Information Booklets can be obtained:
(a) By download from the websites www.bhu.ac.in or www.imsbhu.nic.in from 10.01.2011 to 07.03.2011
(b) By hand from the Office of the Director, Institute of Medical Sciences, BHU, Varanasi by paying Rs. 50/- in Cash from 10.01.2011 to 07.03.2011.
(c) BY POST : From the Office of the Director, Institute of Medical Sciences, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi-221 005 by sending a written request through Registered Post along with Crossed Demand Draft/Bankers Cheque (MICR only) of Rs. 100/- of a Nationalized Bank, drawn in favour of 'The Director, Institute of Medical Sciences, BHU' payable at Varanasi.
Application form duly completed must be sent through Registered Post so as to reach THE DIRECTOR, INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES, BANARAS HINDU UNIVERSITY, VARANASI-221 005 latest by 09.03.2011. A Demand Draft Rs. 800/- for General/OBC Category and Rs. 600/- for SC/ST Category in favour of the Director, IMS, BHU payable at Varanasi has to be attached with the completed form.
