The Conference will bring together the pioneers in their respective fields. It will provide opportunities for junior scientists and post graduate students to present their work and exchange ideas and experiences with National & International experts in the field.
LHMC was the first college founded in India in 1914 for training of only women undergraduate students in Medicine. This overcame the orthodox thinking prevailing in contemporary India of educating women in co-educational colleges. The college spread over 60 acres of land, extends between the old and new cities of Delhi located in Connaught Place.36th National Conference of the Indian Association of Medical Microbiologists (MICROCON 2012), to be held at India Habitat Centre, New Delhi. Theme of the conference is - "Clinical Microbiology : Current Challenges & Future Directions".
