KRANTI is a annual national level technical symposium organized by the department of Computer Science And Engineering Of Meenakshi Sundararajan Engineering College. It has been a platform for the students to exhibit their knowledge, creativity and teamwork.
An annual event which has established itself among students from various engineering colleges. Kranti is now in its sixth edition after receiving overwhelming support from the student community.
ABOUT MSEC
Meenakshi Sundararajan Engineering College (MSEC) was established by the IIET Society in 2001. This institution is a part of the prestigious KRS Group of Institutions which also includes the renowned IIET (Indian Institute of Engineering Technology) established 1947 by our Founder Late ShriK.R.Sundararajan, the well-known Meenakshi College for Women and the more recently established Meenakshi Sundararajan School of Management. The institutions on the KRS Campus are known for the quality education they impart and their stringent levels of discipline.
We have consistently outshone all our peers, not only in academics, but in co-curricular and extra-curricular activities as well. Since inception MSEC has shown consistent performance in academics and extra-curricular spheres. The management strives constantly to develop this institution into a CENTRE OF EXCELLENCE imparting Engineering education to young men and women, grooming their overall personality with maximum emphasis on ethical values and preparing them to face the challenges of the industry and the nation at large.
ABOUT CSE
The Eight year old of Computer Science And Engineering with an army of 253 students and led by 13 captains, knows its goal of technical excellence and strives towards reaching it. From the year of its inception the department has been a consistent achiever.
Last year the CSE department topped the Anna University department wise rankings for the second time in a row. We hope to continue our good run. The departments success is attributed to its motivating and inspiring teachers who handle subjects like Artificial Intelligence, Computer Networking, Principles of Compiler Design, Theory of Computation, Object Oriented Analysis and Design, Software Engineering and Testing, Web Technology, C# & .Net etc, with clarity and insight.
