Courses offered
PhD Programme: Rajasthan University offers PhD program in various faculties such as Faculty of Arts, Music, and Dramatics, Fine Arts, Science, Social Sciences, Commerce, Law, Management, Education and Engineering, and Technology
M.Phil Programme: The University offers M.Phil Program of one-year duration with two semesters. Out of these two semesters, the first semester will be common with the coursework specified for the PhD program.

Eligibility Criteria
For PhD Program:
Candidates should have done Post-Graduation examination/master degree in the related stream with minimum 55% marks from the university or any other university /institution recognized as equivalent.
There will a relaxation of 5% in the minimum eligibility to the applicants belonging to SC/ST/Physically Handicapped and Visually Impaired Categories.
For M.Phil Program:
Candidates should have done Master’s Degree from the University or any other University/institution recognized as equivalent thereto in the related stream in which candidate wants to pursue the course provided that the applicant has obtained minimum of 55% marks and Master’s degree should have been done after completing Bachelor’s degree full course prescribed for the degree
There will be a relaxation of 5% in the minimum eligibility to the applicants belonging to SC/ST/Physically Handicapped and Visually Impaired Categories.
How to apply?
UNIRAJ MPAT 2022 online applications will be invited for admission to PhD and M.Phil programmes in various subjects. Admissions to these programs will be made through an admission test named UNIRAJ MPAT 2022.
Please follow the instructions given below to apply for UNIRAJ MPAT:
- Candidates need to complete the registration first.
- During registration, they will be asked to enter details like Name, Mother’s name, Father’s name, Date of birth, mobile number, email ID and sex.
- Upon completion of the registration process, candidates would receive a User ID and password. You’ll receive your login credentials through email.
- Please retain your login credential at a safe place.
After the registration, candidates need to login to their account for filling application form:
- Candidates need to go to the login page and enter the USER ID and password.
- Uploading photograph: Scan your passport size photograph in JPEG format. The size of the photograph should not be greater than 100 KB. You must upload .jpeg file as remaining extensions won’t work.
- Enter your personal details.
- Enter your contact information.
- Provide your educational qualification details.
- Enter the information related to MPAT.
- Provide detail about exam fee.
- At the end, take a printout of your application form by clicking the FINISH button in Dashboard.
Steps to Apply for UNIRAJ MPAT 2022
Step 1: You need to upload scanned copy of your photograoh in JPEG format and its size must not be greater than 100KB.
Step 2: You need to enter your personal information followed by your communication details and educational; qualification.
Step 3: Provide information like MPAT test subject and programme preference, teaching details etc.

Selection Procedure
The admission process to these courses will be held in two phases:
Phase 1: This phase is meant for those applicants who will be exempted from UNIRAJ-MPAT 2021 and it will contain the applicants from the following categories:
The applicants who have qualified CSIR/ UGC NET Exam or INSPIR/ SLET Exam and Teacher fellowship holders
Candidates who were selected in M.Phil through UNIRAJ-MPAT and have passed their M.Phil Exam
Teacher candidate selected on a substantive basis by duly constituted selection committee as per the University Grant Commission qualification with two years of continuous service (including probation period) in any University Teaching Department or affiliated colleges of any University on regular pay scale
Phase II: If seats for PhD / MPhil in a particular course remain vacant after completing the phase 1 process, applications will be invited for the admission test (UNIRAJ-MPAT 2021)
The CSIR NET/ UGC/SLET/INSPIRE qualified applicants who failed to get admission in Phase 1 against 40% reserved seats, will be able to apply in UNIRAJ – MPAT 2021 Phase- 2 for getting admission against remaining seats.
Exam Pattern

- Paper-I: It contain questions from Research Methodology and General Aptitude- logical reasoning, analytical and numerical ability, graphical analysis, quantitative comparison, puzzles, series formation, etc.
- Paper-II: Subject knowledge will be evaluated.
Admit Card
UNIRAJ MPAT 2022 admit card will be released by the Rajasthan University online at its official website uniraj.ac.in. You can also get the direct link to download your admit card here in this page.
You need to enter your roll number to download your admit card. Please note, there are no other modes prescribed by the authority to download their admit card.
Result
The date of announcement of UNIRAJ MPAT 2022 result will be notified by Rajasthan University at its official website.
The result will be also available to check in online mode only. Candidates are required to keep visiting the official website of UNIRAJ MPAT for the latest update regarding result.
