The Andaman and Nicobar Islands are a group of islands at the junction of the Bay of Bengal and Andaman Sea, and is a Union Territory of India.
Andaman & Nicobar Islands has very low percentage of higher education colleges. There are few colleges offering courses in Arts and Science at graduation level, the Union Territory does not have Management, Medicine and Law colleges. There is a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) training college, an Industrial Training Institutes and few polytechnic colleges. Dr. B. R.
