T. A. Pai Management Institute, Manipal hostes its 28th Annual Convocation at KMC Greens on the 2nd of April, 2014.
Students of PGDM and PGDM-HC batch of 2012-14 will receive PG diploma at the hands of A P J Abdul Kalam, Former President of India.

A P J Abdul Kalam has been invited as Chief Guest of convocation ceremony.

Dr Abdul Kalam stressed on the need of good effective leaders. A creative leader is one who has a vision and passion to transform that vision into action.

In India, the development of a rural sector is very important. Government, private and public sectors have been taking up rural development in parts.

Chairman Dr Ramdas Pai concluded the convocation which was followed by a vote of thanks delivered by Prof Raghunath.

The IIS University pays tribute to Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam The IIS University has organized a two days photo exhibition on the life of people’s President Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam to pay him a tribute for his extraordinary work. The exhibition commenced from Friday has showcased a collection of rare pictures of the achievements and unforgettable memories of Dr. Kalam. The exhibition was inaugurated by the Vice-Chancellor, Dr. Ashok Gupta on Friday at 10 am and it is open for all the students and faculty members of the university.

The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) celebrated its 3rd Annual Convocation Day by awarding the Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGP) to 98 students. Students turned professional managers received the coveted diploma after having completed over 22 months of academically packed rigorous training with exposure to live industrial projects.
