Uttar Pradesh Board Reschedules examination dates for Class 10th and 12th standard Students UP board exams for class 10th and 12th standard students has been rescheduled from 1st March 2012 to 16th March and exams will conclude on 20th April 2012. Dates were revised due to clash of examination dates with election dates. Sanjay Mohan ,UP Higher Secondary Education Board chairman took the decision to help teachers rest who will be involved in UP election work. The Class X examinations will get over by 2nd April, while the Class XII examinations will continue till 20th April 2012.
Educational Testing Service awarding scholarship worth 70,000 USD to 10 Indian Students Educational Testing Service (ETS) has launched the TOEFL Scholarship Program for Indian Students. 10 Scholarships worth 70,000 USD will be awarded to students. Indian students can apply for the Scholarship by applying for the undergraduate or graduate program for the academic year 2012. Four Scholarships worth 10,000 USD will be awarded for study at a college or university situated in Australia, Canada, United Kingdom and United States of America. Rest six scholarship worth 5, 000 USD will be awarded for study at any college or university located in the TOEFL directory.
